Flatout Pizza Recipe

One of my favorite lunches is a Flatout pizza.

  • 1 Flatouts (or low carb tortillas)
  • 2 tbsp Marinara Sauce
  • 1 ounce mozzarella
  • 1 serving Canadian Bacon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Back the flatout for 8 minutes or until crispy.  Take out of oven, add marinara, cheese and canadian bacon.  Bake for another 8 minutes of until cheese is melted.
