Our program differs from traditional weight loss programs as it was developed by Dr. Warren Willey, DO.  Dr. Willey has been helping people obtain optimal health and fitness through elite nutritional programs and exercise programs for over 20 years.  He is a Board Certified Osteopathic Physician, and did his postgraduate training at The Mayo Clinic.  He is a founding diplomat of the American Board of Holistic medicine and diplomat with The American Board of Family Practice, the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine, and board eligible in Bariatric Medicine.  He regularly competes as a bodybuilder, holds patents on a number of exercise and medical devices, and is an established author.  He has developed a program to utilize foods you prefer to eat and to maximize your hormonal response to those foods.

 

Walk-In Weightloss' program places your optimal health first and foremost by incorporating weight loss with the prevention or treatment/management of chronic ailments such as high blood pressure, insulin resistance, diabetes, high cholesterol, arthritis and more.

 

Your healthcare providers will use your favorite foods to create eating plans, which focus on your overall health and how it applies to your weight loss goals (your energy, sleeping patterns, lifestyle, stress level, sexual health, etc. are all included in the overall exam and optimal health recommendations). 

 

Walk-In Weightloss providers, though interested in your scale weight, are more interested in your body composition.  We track body composition changes (body fat and lean mass) at each visit so we can help keep you headed toward optimal health and keep you looking great.

 

We encourage you to come back and tell us what works and what doesn’t work with your individulized eating plan so we can fine tune what YOUR body and YOUR lifestyle require! Here is what you can expect at your weight loss consultation

 

FIRST VISIT

  • Comprehensive Health History-We find out what health issues are troubling you so we can give you recommendations to put you on the road to optimal health.
  • Comprehensive Physical Exam-including a number of objective measurments including body composition (lean mass, fat mass, precentage body fat) and more!
  • Develop an Eating and Exercise Plan-All based on your favorite foods and your exercise needs and resources.
  • Ask Questions! And we will get you medical answers!
  • Set goals! You and your provider will make a verbal contract to help you meet your goals!

 

FOLLOW UP VISITS

  • Follow Up Physical Exam-We track your progress in a variety of areas such as body fat percentage and lean muscle mass change.
  • Fine tuning of your eating and exercise plan. What is working? What isn’t working?
  • Ask More Questions! And we will get your diet questions answered!
  • Set goals! You and the provider will make another verbal contract to help you!
